2009-06-11 "There was slight confusion regarding the terms of my booking at the welcome. Breakfast was included in the promotion and it was accepted at check-in. I had paid in advance previously for ALL services except city tax as part of the promotion offer. On departure I was asked for the balance of my stay ie. the breakfasts but it was soon cleared up and a revised bill issued. That said we rate your hotel as excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

C'est un atout qu'il soit si près de la Gare Cornavin, et encore plus qu'un arrêt de tram (même 2) se trouve juste en face de l'entrée de l'hôtel. Par contre, les photos sur votre brochure montre plus de fraicheur et de touches décoratives dans les chambres... Franchement, j'ai préféré de loin la chaleur et le sentiment de bien-être que dégage les chambres de l'Hotel Kipling de votre chaine (qui lui reste un 3*) ! Il me restera à essayer vos 4 autres établissements pour un jugement général et décider de mon préféré :)"
